崗位職責：

1、負責執行海外房產整體銷售工作，制定房產銷售策劃方案，監督計劃執行及策略調整；
2、負責銷售管理、銷售策劃具體工作的落實；
3、負責海外房產項目的培訓和工作指導；
4、匯總市場調研信息，把握項目經營方向，明確具體項目整體營銷方案；
5、指導並帶領團隊完成銷售任務。
Job responsibilities:

2. Responsible for the implementation of sales management and sales planning;
3. Responsible for the training and work instruction of overseas real estate projects;
4. Summarized market research information, grasped the direction of project management, and clarified the overall marketing plan of specific projects;
5. Guiding and leading the team to complete sales tasks.


任職資格：
1、本科及以上學歷，房地產開發與管理、市場營銷策劃等相關專業；英語優秀；
2、五年以上房地產營銷策劃工作經驗，大型地產項目的營銷策劃及全程推廣實施經驗；
3、熟悉房地產項目運作全過程，了解國內外本行業有關政策法規；
4、熟悉項目各銷售階段的策劃工作流程，包括價格策略、推廣策略、定位策略；
5、具備良好的項目宣講能力、敏銳的市場洞察力及判斷力。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in real estate development and management, marketing planning, etc. Excellent English;
2. More than 5 years’ experience in real estate marketing planning, marketing planning and promotion of large-scale real estate projects;
3. Be familiar with the whole process of real estate projects and understand relevant policies and regulations in domestic and foreign countries;
4. Be familiar with the planning process of the sales phase of the project, including price strategy, promotion strategy and positioning strategy;
5. Have good project presentation skills, keen market insight and judgment.
