Working Location : Kwai Hing

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations of the assigned key account customers
• Follow up daily booking from shipper
• Compile container loan plan and work with warehouse team for container loading
• Contact local carriers for carrier booking, shipping instruction submission and other documents exchange
• Prepare sailing advise, Forwarder Cargo Receipt (FCR) and initially notify the vendor / respective parties
• Input and maintain data accuracy in operation system

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF) 
• Possess 1 year relevant experience, preferably gained in freight forwarding company
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive and be a good team player
• Good PC operations knowledge, e.g. MS Excel & Outlook
• More experience candidate will be considered for position of Senior Logistics Officer
