Our client is a leading real estate company in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Customer Services Officer to join their team. 

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with VIP members or customers
• Provide high-quality customer service at the VIP lounge, events, service counter and hotline to enhance members’ loyalty
• Opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to generate sales
• Actively promote company promotions, events and support mall daily operations 
• Discover and collect feedback and comments from customers to improve the professional service

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above
• At least 1-2 year's customer service or sales experience
• With luxury retail, private clubs or customer service centre experience is preferred
• Excellent service attitude and a strong customer-oriented mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, responsive to changing customer needs, and with a can-do attitude
• Good in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good in PC skills and MS Office
• Working Hours: Monday to Sundays; 1130-2030 (Shift Duty) 
• Immediately available preferred
