Job Description

Job duties :

  • Communicate with customers of luxury brands to provide professional customer service and relationship building
  • Handle daily operation and documentation
  • Follow up orders, quotation, invoices, receipt and dispatch of goods, quality control
  • Provide sales support and after-sales service to customers
  • Assist in the administrative duties

 

Requirements :

  • Degree holder.
  • 3 years working experience in customer service
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in PC operation and MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Pleasant telephone manner, strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, self-motivation, detail-minded, good time management, able to work under pressure and independently
  • immediate available preferred
