Job Description
Job duties :
- Communicate with customers of luxury brands to provide professional customer service and relationship building
- Handle daily operation and documentation
- Follow up orders, quotation, invoices, receipt and dispatch of goods, quality control
- Provide sales support and after-sales service to customers
- Assist in the administrative duties
Requirements :
- Degree holder.
- 3 years working experience in customer service
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC operation and MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Pleasant telephone manner, strong interpersonal skills and service oriented
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, self-motivation, detail-minded, good time management, able to work under pressure and independently
- immediate available preferred
