Requirements
- Degree in Architecture;
- Min. 15-20 years experience required for Project Architect position with small to medium scale new buildings and building refurbishments in the residential, clubhouse and/or hospitality fields; and min. 10-14 years experience required for Coordinating Architect position;
- Good detailing knowledge & experience;
- Experience in co-ordination of various consultant teams;
- Organized, stable with mature working attitude;
- Willing to work overtime to meet Client deadlines;
- Good written and spoken English essential. Cantonese / Mandarin language skills desirable;
- Good AutoCAD skills;
- Position depends on experience.
