Job Description

To cope with our expansion, we are currently looking for energetic and passionate individual to join us as Receptionist.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides all round receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling phone call and answering inquiries as appropriate
  • Provide office administration support including general administration, office and facilities management, purchase and procurement, courier services arrangement
  • Coordinating meetings, travel arrangement and expense reimbursement
  • Participates in ad hoc projects when necessary

 

Requirements

  • Associate degree holder or above
  • Minimum 2 year experience in receptionist and office administration, gained from sizable company is preferred
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A fast learner with high flexibility, independent and self-motivated
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
