Job Description
To cope with our expansion, we are currently looking for energetic and passionate individual to join us as Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Provides all round receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling phone call and answering inquiries as appropriate
- Provide office administration support including general administration, office and facilities management, purchase and procurement, courier services arrangement
- Coordinating meetings, travel arrangement and expense reimbursement
- Participates in ad hoc projects when necessary
Requirements
- Associate degree holder or above
- Minimum 2 year experience in receptionist and office administration, gained from sizable company is preferred
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A fast learner with high flexibility, independent and self-motivated
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
