Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administrative duties
- Handle company secretarial work e.g. formation of companies/prepare annual returns
- Handle incoming calls & enquires in a courteous and tactful manner
- Provide clerical and admin. supports to other Departments
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Outdoor work occasionally (within Hong Kong)
Requirements:
- DSE graduate or above
- Company secretarial studies is an advantage
- Pleasant and detail-minded
- Good communication skill
- Positive attitudes with the ability to work independently under pressure
- Familiar with MS office and English/Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
