Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administrative duties
  • Handle company secretarial work e.g. formation of companies/prepare annual returns
  • Handle incoming calls & enquires in a courteous and tactful manner
  • Provide clerical and admin. supports to other Departments
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Outdoor work occasionally (within Hong Kong)

 

Requirements:

  • DSE graduate or above
  • Company secretarial studies is an advantage
  • Pleasant and detail-minded
  • Good communication skill
  • Positive attitudes with the ability to work independently under pressure
  • Familiar with MS office and English/Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
