We’re looking for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our Admin team. This candidate will be handling all reception duties and provide quality customer services.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily reception duties including greeting guest, answering phone calls, handling mail & courier services, meeting rooms arrangement
• Provide high quality customer service at reception
• Coordinate with team members on travel booking arrangement and quotation comparison
• Handle visa application and related enquires
• Provide administrative support such as office supplies, business card printing
• Assist back-end administrative support for company conferences and other events. E.g.: supplier conference, monthly birthday parties and sample sale
• Provide backup for sample courier services
• Ensure tidiness of the general office environment especially the reception area

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder in Business Administration or any related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in managing travel and customer service in a sizeable company
• Demonstrate attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Strong IT skills especially the use of MS-Office applications
• Good team player
