Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee relations in a quality and timely manner
• Maintain and update staff records, filing system and the renewal of insurance
• Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment / facilities, replenishment of office supplies, licenses renewal & etc
• Co-ordinate and organize company activities and events
• Participate in ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of all-round administrative work experience
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Proficient in application of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and under pressure on multiple priorities and tasks
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Admin. & HR Manager
