Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee relations in a quality and timely manner
- Maintain and update staff records, filing system and the renewal of insurance
- Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment / facilities, replenishment of office supplies, licenses renewal & etc
- Co-ordinate and organize company activities and events
- Participate in ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of all-round administrative work experience
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Proficient in application of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and under pressure on multiple priorities and tasks
- Immediate available is preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Admin. & HR Manager
