Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Assurance Manager to monitor the food quality, safety and hygiene of the outlets of Quick Service Restaurant & Catering Services Division
• Develop and implement quality and hygiene system, e.g. HACCP, ISO9001, ISO 22000, ISO14001, ISO18001, ISO14064
• Research and develop new products
• Provide food hygiene training to operation team
• Update guidelines for outlets to improve the hygiene standard
• Conduct food sampling, inspection, on-site monitoring and audit for outlets/business units
• Investigate and handle the customer complaints of food hygiene and safety
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree or above in Food Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 year experiences in food industry or catering services
• Sound knowledge on quality and hygiene system, e.g. HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO22000
• Strong interpersonal, cooperative and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Shift duty may be required
