What awaits you …

• Maintaining our standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and profitability while achieving the clients’ goals
• Act as mentor and consultant for the creative team and other involved teams by giving feedback through professional insight, providing leadership and supporting and training all involved staff to insure of all creative efforts are on strategy, on budget, and on schedule.
• Identifying bottlenecks and resolving them as quickly as possible and also raising awareness for the teams’ needs.
• Maintain external professional relationships to assure the ongoing availability of specialized expertise, gifted freelancers, and reputable studios/producers when their services are required.
• Overview of everything passing through the creative team
• Participate in new business efforts or other projects, lead the team to define strategy for creative approach and deliver creative content for proposal
• Involved in all kinds of design – from concepts over graphic and event design to architectural design of larger spaces

What you should bring with you …

• Degree in Fine Arts, Interior or Graphic Design or related field or at least an equivalent amount of visual design and management experience.
• Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and experience with any additional software from 3ds Max, V-Ray or AutoCad to Adobe AfterEffects & video editing tools,
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography and a sense for space, volumes, forms and materials.
• Management experience working with large-scale creative teams and freelancers, accounts and production is a must.
• Understanding of the event and exhibition industry, campaigns and communication as well as strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive design and the creative process in such projects.
• Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
• Fluent English and Cantonese, any further language is a plus.
• Experience working with China clients and projects is a plus.
• Passion, integrity and energy.
