Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of marketing and the product/service P&L
• Raise brand awareness and further enhance brand positioning through marketing initiatives
• Establish and implement the marketing strategies to meet the company objectives
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Optimize pricing and portfolio strategies, as well as operational efficiency
• Provide guidance on setting up regional marketing strategies and plans
• Work closely with all parts of the company and stakeholders to ensure the commercial goals of the brand are met
• Manage and co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Monitor the advertising and promotion budget closely
• Lead and develop your team of marketing subordinates

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• 8 years of relevant experience in which 3 years at managerial level
• Solid experience in driving sales by digital/social/acquisition marketing, work experience in travel, tourism, telecom and digital industry is highly desired
• Creative, result-oriented with good analytical and strategic thinking
• Strong leadership skills, experience in leading a team is critical
• Positive attitude, energetic, team player with good interpersonal skills
• Good language and presentation skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability preferred

Work Days: 5 days per week 

Work Location: Mong Kok
