What awaits you …

Uniplan is the chair of Marketing Society Hong Kong, Asia’s premier marketing association with an exclusive global network of senior marketers. On behalf of Uniplan, you support on the planning, delivery and execution of all Marketing Society activities in Hong Kong, working closely with the Chair of Hong Kong and Global team in London.  On the other hand, you assist the Uniplan marketing team in writing case studies, press release, award applications and other material that help the company improve market awareness and reputation.

• Plan, manage and execute the regional programme of events from venue, speakers, event operations to post event management
• Identify commercial partnerships to underpin overall programme and activity, from event, print, design sponsors etc.
• Develop partnership with key organizations to grow brand awareness in line with business plan
• Create and curate thought leadership content from events for future use
• Help our affiliate partner to identify senior marketers for membership pipeline and manage existing members
• Develop digital and social media strategy including content management, social tweets, LinkedIn updates etc
• Work with vendors or contractors to generate content of events and activities including videos, interviews, reviews etc.
• Take minutes and prepare marketing reports for meetings and share with global team
• Write case studies on projects and prepare award applications for industry awards
• Write press releases, and news article to industry media partners

What you should bring with you …

• Bachelor degree holder in marketing, communications or related field
• Min 4 years relevant experience in marketing positions, working experience in event or creative agency is a plus
• Excellent writing skills in English, Chinese is a plus
• Experience in event management for corporate events, networking events or gala dinner
• Experience in digital marketing campaigns and managing social media platforms
• Possess good media / press network and relationship in corporate & event sector
• Proficiency in use of MS Office, Chinese word processing is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediately available is preferred
