Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- To assist in managing the production of marketing materials including printed corporate materials, corporate video, power point presentations, corporate information kits, brochures, posters and display materials
- To assist in copywriting and editing marketing collaterals and press releases
- To assist in organizing campaigns/events and promotion activities for the Group with emphasis on building a positive company image
- To assist in maintaining a sound media and public relations via ongoing media list update, regular media entertainment activities, routine and ad hoc media briefing sessions and conferences
- To formulate and implement effective strategies for all marketing planning & media planning
- To explore branding development for all marketing activities
- To assist in monitoring media exposures for the company and key executives via feature articles and interviews
- To assist in press clippings for the Group and competitors and the local/regional tourism industries are routinely circulated to key management and filed accordingly
- To assist in managing a good departmental filing system
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Corporate Communications Officer
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Communications, Marketing or related discipline
- 6 years’ relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, event planning or marketing related business
- Possession of hospitality & agency experience preferred
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Detailed minded, passionate, creative and enthusiastic
