The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer service to clients and giving sales and marketing support functions with respect to the Transpacific, Latin America, Inbound & Refeer Trade Lanes of APL.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a sales territory while promoting Company’s broad range of services with focus on profitability, service excellence and customer satisfaction
• Achieve sales target, expand sales territory and account penetration
• Develop new accounts and explore new business opportunity to increase revenue
• Work closely with overseas counterparts to provide excellent account management
• Liaise with internal functional teams on service excellence and to meet customer’s needs
• Handle sales-related issues and enquires raised by customer
• Provide market intelligence to trade management
• Update sales activities on Customer Relationship Management system
• Any ad hoc projects assigned by Line Manager

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration/ /Logistics / Marketing or related disciplines;
• With 2-3 years sales and marketing experience in shipping / logistics industry;
• Strong industry knowledge, experience in Transpacific, Latin America & Refeer trade is highly preferred;
• Presentable, excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently;
• Hands-on MS Office applications knowledge;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is preferred.
