Job Description
We are looking for a detail-minded and results-driven individual who is passionate about driving business success through the use of innovative, smart marketing in the B2B space. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will serve as a key member of the marketing department who is expected to take ownership and ensure operational excellence in our marketing efforts with a hands-on approach. You will play an important role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives that will not only contribute to sales success but also drive sustainably high performance across teams. Above all, you will enjoy working with teams from diverse backgrounds, have demonstrated ability in working in a fast-paced environment and embrace a forward-leaning culture in your day-to-day work.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns in support of brand and sales growth
- Build effective sales enablement tools, communications and content for our local resources and collaterals library
- Manage digital marketing infrastructure and drive improvement in overall marketing operations
- Provide comprehensive support in year-round lead gen and customer experience initiatives
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Requirement:
- A degree holder in related disciplines (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Intelligence, etc.) with 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B space
- Passionate in the use of digital, social and martech to drive business growth
- Proficient and highly customer-centric in communications
- A fast learner with a strong business acumen, interpersonal and problem solving skills who enjoys working in a dynamic, flexible and fast-paced environment
- Competent in the use of general MS Office applications, digital marketing tools and website management. Adobe design skills an advantage
- Capable of managing complex internal workflows and working in an ethical, compliant mindset
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Marketing Assistant
