Job Description
ABN Impact is looking to hire Community Managers at different levels of experience to help manage our online communities.
Role and responsibilities:

You will be a key face of the organization - involved in anything from program planning and strategy to operational task execution, and process development.
- Day to day contact working on community management – to ensure projects are on schedule and the client is happy.
- Specific activities include – planning engagement, monitoring the community and drafting appropriate content such as newsletters and website updates.
- Guide clients through the process of creating a new community, developing a customised branded portal and managing the recruitment of members.
We are looking for someone who has:
- 1-3 years project or account management experience, fresh graduates also welcomed.
- Professional presence, excellent time management and organizational skills
- Cool and collected - ability to work under pressure and embrace change
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
- Strong aptitude for technology and desire to learn new software
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Market research, marketing experience is a plus but not essential
