Responsibilities:

• Regularly maintain and update master formula and specification of products
• Review and evaluate current and potential raw materials
• Work closely with various departments to proactively conduct new product development, formula improvement, packaging enhancement
• Handle and assist ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Higher diploma holder in Food Science
• Min. 2 years of experience in F&B manufacturing industry with knowledge of food system and ingredient functionality is preferable
• Proficient in MS office, excel, data and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP is a plus
• Creative, well organised, patient, self-driven, strong sense of responsibility
• Good team player with great time management and interpersonal skill
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as R&D Officer
• Immediately available is highly preferred
