Responsibilities: 

1. Conduct checking for raw materials, in-processing products and finished products according to the sampling plans.
2. Conduct online QC inspection, sampling & equipment calibration
3. On-site monitoring for food production.
4. Responsible for microbiological, chemical and physical laboratory testing for raw materials, semi-finished product and finished products
5. Assist to handle raw material complaints
6. Prepare reports and clerical duties

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above in Food relevant disciplines / Analytical Science in Microbiological testing
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP & ISO 22000 system would be an advantage
• Fair in English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Office software (Word and Excel)
• Responsible and reliable
• On-shift duties required
