Responsibilities:

• Handling customer’s enquiries, claims, complaints, quotations and overseas agent correspondence
• Following up overseas routing orders and booking from customers
• Maintaining customer database
• Handling all import and export shipments
• Co-ordinating with operation departments to ensure customer orders are properly followed up

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics or related disciplines
• Minimum one year's relevant experience in handling customer correspondence / customer relations in logistics field
• Self-motivated, proactive team player and willing to learn and take challenge
• Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure to deliver quality work in warehouses
• High proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
