Job Description

Responsibilities

Communication between Principals and Internal Parties

1. Responsible for providing services to Company’s Principals in regards of operational issues, enquiries, complaints, reports etc, in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Monitoring and controlling of stock levels and inventory transactions for all Principals.
3. Ensure all inventory management information (price, quantity, item description, license expiration, etc) are up-to-date.
4. Be the contact point of Principals; liaise with their logistics/inventory departments, warehouse, forwarders and suppliers in regards of shipment in/out of ZP Distribution Center.
5. Handling of Principals’ requests on goods write-off. Make sure both Principals and operation teams are understand the details without mistakes.
6. Participate the regular cycle-counts and annual stock-take.
7. Responsible for Customer Consignment Management and report analysis

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years experiences in inventory planning/management, purchasing, sales administration/coordination, customer service. Industries in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Vision Care / trading / distribution are preferable.
2. Diploma holders with 4 -5 years relevant experiences are also invited to apply.
3. Provide good support to Principals.
4. Sensitive with figures and attentive to details.
5. Good organization, communication and negotiation skills.
6. Team player, flexible and with good interpersonal skills
7. Good communication skills in English.
8. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, i.e.: Microsoft Excel & Word.
9. Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage.
