Job Description

• To handle customers’ orders and prepare invoices.
• To prepare and issue PO to factories and co-ordinate with them for goods ready date and delivery
• To co-ordinate with freight forwarders to ensure on time shipments
• To help in inventory management and inventory reports.
• To handle full set of shipping documents and declaration
• To provide office administrative, clerical support

Required Experience

• Good knowledge in MS office/good command of English and Cantonese
• Minimum 2 years of shipping experience.
• Immediately available
• F.5 or above,
• Self- motivated, well-organized, responsible and detailed mind.
• Mandarin is preferable.
