Responsibilities

• Handle full set import/export ocean documentation
• Coordinate with seafreight team for cargo arrangement
• Handle Booking with shipping lines, co-loader and overseas agent
• Send Pre-alert to destination
• Issue Invoice & Bill of Lading 

Requirements

• DSE/HKCEE or above
• Able to handle full set seafreight import & export document
• Min. 5 years experience in seafreight shipment
• With less experience will be considered as Senior Operations Clerk
• Good in English & Chinese (Both written & spoken)
• Good Teamplayer & sense of responsiblity
• Familiar with MS Office applications, Outlook Express
