Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with suppliers/vendors for Invoice & Packing List & Licence, C/O for punctual shipments
• Liaise with forwarders, warehouse, customers for punctual shipments & delivery
• Liaise with 3PL Parties for punctual customs clearance delivery to warehouse/stores
• Prepare Invoice & Packing List & all necessary shipping documents for customs clearance in HK & China to ensure punctual shipments/delivery to our DMS stores and customers in both HK and China
• Perform Shipment Receiving, stock movement (Inter-Shop Transfer) & inventory control through systems & SAP
• Control daily store & Warehouse cycle count & conduct periodical stock-take in warehouses & stores & follow up discrepancies
• Verification of supplier invoice, vendor invoice, freight invoice & warehouse invoices for manager’s payment approval
• Handle ad-hoc issues and projects as assigned by management 

Requirements:

• F.7 or above,  Logistics related fields preferable
• University students also considered
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-organized, meticulous, initiative and proactive
• Able to work independently and good teamwork
• Proficiency in Windows applications Word, Excel & Power Point and Chinese typing
• Knowledge in SAP and Tradelink is preferred
• Able to work for at least 3 days a week
