Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in logistics or orders follow up
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Prepare I/E shipping documents and custom declaration
• Follow up orders and handle delivery arrangements
• Work closely with forwarders, clients and internal department
• Handle client enquiries
• Manage item inventory record
• Handle ad-hoc duties upon required
