Job Specification:

• Manage and motivate a team to deliver the services according to customer requirement
• Monitor key metrics to measure the quality and quantity of the team performance
• Build quality behavior into the process
• Create and implement continuous improvement environment. Focus on cost effectiveness programs.
• Be responsible for operational issues and corrective/preventive actions
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to and adopt a proactive approach to ensure a safe working environment
• Build, challenge and support company and sites monthly P&L
• Make sure Turnover, GP and EBIT reach expectations
• Control direct costs and indirect/overheads costs

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin
• Data analysis    
• Ability to develop individuals and team
• Reporting and presentation skills
• Ability to write SOP and WI
• Knowledge of Red Prairie or other WMS

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years experience of managing logistics warehouse operations

Education:

• Degree holder in business related field.
