The Job:

• To manage online bookings and invoices effectively in a timely manner using customer softwares.
• To handle independently full set of export documents.
• To work with Sales Department to achieve smooth and ontime deliveries to customers.
• To monitor shipping schedule with factories and liaise with forwarders and transportation companies for the most effective way of delivery.
• To manage item inventory going to our USA warehouse.
• To perform other tasks as assigned by the Shipping and Logistic manager.

The Candidate:

• Higher Certificate or equivalent with 2 year working experience in shipping field.
• Able to handle full sets of Banking/LC, Export documents.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and basic Mandarin.
• Good communication skill.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer and online logistics systems.
• Applicant without adequate experience will be trained and considered.

Package:  Monthly salary, Medical Insurance, Performance bonus, Five-day work week.
