Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase order to suppliers based on ordering forecast and company instructions
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics parties in order to update latest shipment status and arrange products receiving
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure VAS tasks can be completed on time
• Prepare shipment status and products receiving reports
• Handling internal enquiries about stock availability and other supply chain related issues
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in logistics or supply chain field, preferably in FMCG industry
• Self-motivated, responsible, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Supply Chain Executive
