Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform human resources support including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, leave administration and personnel data etc.
- Based on the company's annual strategic planning and personnel needs of various departments, develop recruitment plan, and according to the time node to complete the recruitment task.
- Coordinate training programs
- Participate and organize employee relations activities such as company party, volunteer activities, outdoor activities, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or HRM or related discipline.
- At least 2 years experience in handing full spectrum of HR.
- Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Regulations, insurance and other related statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Candidate with more experience would be considered as Admin & Personnel Officer.
