Requirements

• F.5 or above;
• At least 1-2 years shipping experience;
• Good command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin;
• Japanese is preferable, level 2 or above;
• Good in Excel (vlookup, pivot table etc.);
• Able to work independently, self-motivate, stable & hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Manage import & export shipment;
• Handle oversea shipment and local delivery;
• Handle full set of I/E shipping documents, L/C documents and all related issues;
• Confirm content of C/O (from D, E, AK, JTEPA) wth suppliers & customers (for ASEAN countries);
• Contact to suppliers, customers, forwarders and warehouse;
• Keep track of shipment schedule to ensure prompt delivery of all orders.
