The position will be in-charge of Datian W. Group (H.K.) Ltd., one will responsible for all company activities, namely marketing, business development, income growth, cost management, HR, marketing and PR areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute business strategies in order to attain the goals of Datian W. Group (H.K.) Ltd.,

2. Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities

3. Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated to all levels in the company and be followed at all times effectively

4. Communicate and maintain trust relationships with stakeholders, business partners and local authorities, include but not limited people management and maintain a health workforce

5. Appoint the general manager of Daejeon Hong Kong, review the company's annual budget, and monitor the implementation of the budget.

6. Plan and expand business cooperation network with Hong Kong as the axis to expand to other countries and regions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. Minimum 7 years working experiences in international business

3. Equip with strong leadership, high business acumen, communication, strategic thinking, prioritization, presentation and problem solving skills

4. Pro-active, open mind & embrace changes and high sense of responsibility and ownership

5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua and excellent writing skills in Chinese essential

6. Good understanding of Financial institutions and industry cooperation

7. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
