Role & Responsibilities:

• Report directly to CFO , overseeing the finance and accounting functions
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and annual reports
• Responsibility for timely, complete and correct month end close process, including timely reporting to corporate and management.
• Implementing new / changing accounting and reporting requirements
• Responsible for cash flow management and monitoring project status
• Liaise bankers, auditors and other professional parties
• Handle ad hoc duties and assignments when required

Experience and skills required:

• University graduates in Finance/Accounting; or equivalent 
• Qualified Accountant with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• At least 8 years solid experience in trading/manufacturing business of which 5 years in supervisory level
• Audit experience in international CPA firm is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in PC applications and strong excel skills 
• Strong initiative with good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Working in HK base, but acceptable to travel trip working in Mainland China/India/Vietnam
