Position Ojbective:

This position is a key person to be the coordinator of the Salesforce platform between various teams to handle the sales leads data generated by various campaigns, so as to maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales leads management including consolidation, verification and distribution to the sales team

• Work closely with the marketing team and customer relations department to drive the successful set up of the sales campaigns

• Monitor the data entry process on the Salesforce platform to ensure quality data is captured from the sales team

• Provide support on the Salesforce to the sales team on sales process and operational issues
  
  
• Manage the internal test drive booking system and vehicle log books
  
  
• Housekeeping and monitoring of various parameters on Salesforce
  

Job Requirements: 

• Degree Holder in any disciplines, Business Administration or IT related subjects preferred
  
  
• Salesforce qualification will be advantageous
  
  
• Minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience,  preferably in automotive industry/ with strong passion in automotive
  
  
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English

• Proficient in MS office application, especially in Excel & Powerpoint

• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
