JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for development and production follow up, order execution and logistic co-ordination
• Handle development process include sample tracking / co-ordination, costing and system update
• Monitor order tracking activities to meet market requirements in terms of quality, quantity, specification, delivery etc
• To work with vendors on leadtime and assure on time delivery
• Handle emails with overseas vendors and customers independently
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Polytechnic graduate in Textile / Clothing or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 6 years working experience in handling woven garments
• Detail-oriented and good technical background
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure
• Computer knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Energetic, proactive and creative
• Familiar with PLM / SAP / Texbase system will be a plus
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available and manufacturing background are preferred

Candidates with less experience will be consider as Senior Merchandiser
