Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Events Team in obtaining quotations and contracts
• Develop and maintain good relationship with assigned accounts
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Assist in preparing clerical & administration works
• Assist in ad hoc duties when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Proactive, attentive, well-organized, responsible, independent and willing to work under pressure
