Our client is a Construction company.  They are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team.

Job Descriptions: 

• To lead a HR and administration team
• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development and Employee Relation, as well as administration
• Handle payroll management, budgeting, taxation, performance appraisal and salary review, bonus project and insurance benefits
• Manage office administration including office renovation, office supporting service, procurement, stationery supply to headquarters and site offices
• Formulate, review and implement HR and administration policies and procedures to enhance the operational efficiency
• Prepare and consolidate headcount and budget statistical reports for management review

  Qualifications & Skills

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years of solid HR and administration experience, with experience in working with a high growth company is definite an advantage
• Multi tasking skills with strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Good project management skills, strong numerical sense, strong responsibility
• Experience in coordinating HR activities in multiple geographic sites
• Tactful, mature, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS office and good level of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
