Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Handle Hot Line Enquires
- Arrange on site service to customers
- Co-ordinate and work closely with internal staff and customers
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with 1-2 years working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with Good telephone manner
- Knowledge of Excel, Word & Chinese fonts input
- Good at spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin is preferable
- Experience in administration is preferable
