Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the HR Manager and Line Manager to understand the corporate recruitment strategy and selection criteria
• Perform in the end to end talent recruitment process, include job ad posting, searching, sourcing, interviewing offering and on-boarding
• Responsible for the consultation support to the line manager and ensure the recruitment activities can deliver timely and accuracy
• Participate in planning, coordinating and organizing of company level staff activities
• Analysis the recruitment result and prepare the report for the managers
• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Handle ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
• Immediate available is preferred

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in any disciplines
• Above 3 years' solid experience in human resource
• Excellent communication skill and detail mind
• Proactive and creative with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good proficient in MS Office application
• Expertise in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related legislations
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Spoken and Written).
