Job Description

 

We are looking for a high caliber individual to join the Group Internal Control Team in Group Financial Planning & Control Department. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the appointee will be responsible for supporting the Group Internal Control system development with details below:

 

Responsibilities

  • Support new Group Internal Control system development, including preparing process documentation, data migration and creation, and user profiles and access rights set-up
  • Analyse business requirements, review functional specification from vendor and liaise with vendor to ensure services being provided are up to the agreed standard and timeline
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, prepare data files for testing and production rollout
  • Perform and document user acceptance testing and review test results
  • Report defects and follow up with resolution from vendor
  • Conduct project post implementation review
  • Prepare project documentation including End User Training materials and handle administrative work for preparation of system implementation
  • Carry out ad hoc assignments as and when required

 Position Requirements

  • A recognized university degree or professional qualification in finance, accounting, computing or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience as Business Analyst for Internal Control, Audit areas and/or ERP in sizeable organizations. Experience in US-listed entities and/or SOX compliance would be an advantage
  • Sound project management skills, able to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • A good team player with strong analytical and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English writing and excellent communication skills to liaise with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexible and work well in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
