Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting industry and company research, and gather information from a variety of sources on potential targets
• Generate industrial information and prepare analytical reports for Top management in decision making and business development
• Conduct professional financial analysis, overseeing financial modeling and valuation
• Provide analytical solutions and insights through data-mining to address company needs.
• Assist in formulating investment strategies and execution plan
• Directly report to by the Group General Manager and work closely with the local and the overseas offices
• Perform ad-hoc assignment when required by the Group General Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above, preferably with a major in Finance, Economic, Mathematics or Business Statistic
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, especially in I-Bank or Investment industry
• With analytical mind and communication skills, strong interest in investment and potential market research
• Occasional travel to Europe, candidate with an European Passport will be an absolute advantage 
• Pro-active, flexible, and able to deliver data analysis on a timely and precise manner
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and Power Point
• Good command of English and Mandarin
