Job Title:  Finance Manager

 Job Description:

Come join the exciting world of inflight entertainment as our Finance Manager to provide all around support to the Finance Controller on all finance and accounting duties.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Finance Controller
• Handle full set of accounts, consolidation, financial and management reporting
• Prepare budget and forecast for management review
• Prepare payment vouchers and ensures completeness of all supporting documents
• Prepare monthly invoices / receivable account statements and follow up the outstanding payments from customers
• Prepare tax computations in accordance with corporate and local statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, bankers and solicitors to meet regulatory requirements
• Prepare month-end and year-end accounts including bank reconciliation and aging of accounts
• Assist in establishing and improving the entire financial management system
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines
• Computer literacy in MS Office and systems (Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Word)
• Knowledge in accounting software is an advantage (SAGE, Quickbooks, Peachtree, MYOB)
• Attention to detail, hardworking and able to meet tight deadlines
• Honest and good inter-personal skills
• Applicants with less experience will be considered for Finance Executive
• Willing to learn, accurate, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required
• Immediately available is preferred
• Salary range - between 15k to 20k/month
