Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
- Handle full set of books, daily Accounting Work - A/P & A/R
- Process Vendor payment
- Liaise closely with sales team on customer payment collection
- Process and make deposits to bank accounts
- ERP entries & financial reports
- General office admin, memos, document preparation and filing
- Provide support in HR including maintaining staff attendance records and recruitment arrangements
- Handle office petty cash account
- Ad hoc assignments
- Liaise and report to Headquarter
Requirements
- F7/DSE or above
- Min 2 years relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts
- Understand basic accounting principles required to perform essential job functions
- Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Detail minded and well organised
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and contacts
- Ability to maintain confidentiality around the company,internal staff & client matters is crucial
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
