Responsibilities: 

• Assist in full set of book-keeping and prepare monthly financial reports
• Handle daily accounting operations including billing, payments, banking, payroll, etc.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reports
• Assist in interim & annual audit
• Provide clerical and administrative support
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

• At least 1 years relevant experience in accounting and/or administrative support;
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office, MYOB and/or Peachtree is preferred;
• Enthusiastic, detail-minded, mature with positive attitude and willing to learn;
• Good commend of both English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office, MYOB and/or Peachtree is preferred;
• Immediately available is highly preferable
