• Reporting to the Assistant Vice President – Pension Fund Administration, the incumbent is responsible to supervise a team to carry out Macau pension fund administration activities including pension scheme setup, member enrolment, contribution settlement, fund switching, member transfer and termination etc.
• He/She will also be required to liaise with clients and business partners to provide quality service, develop, motivate and provide regular guidance and training to teammates, perform system development work including provide user requirement and conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and participate in ad hoc project
• University graduates with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience. Candidate with less experience may be considered for relatively junior position
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, mature, independent, efficient and customer oriented
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word processing
