Our client is a top tier Chinese based commercial banking corporation in Hong Kong. They are currently look for a Manager, Company Secretary to join team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality secretarial support to senior management
• Handle and prepare disclosure of interest for related companies independently
• Prepare and handle various resolutions and minutes
• Conduct research on company secretarial and corporate governance matters
• Ensure the Bank complying with Corporate Governance, relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing various ad hoc task

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Qualification of HKICS/ICSA
• 5 years or above relevant company secretarial experience preferably in banking industry
• Excellent management skills and communication skills is required
• Strong inter-personal skills as well as excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and accomplished tasks under tight schedules
• Detail-oriented, good organizing and planning skills with sound business acumen and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work overtime when required
