Your new role:

  • Coordinate operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies and standards
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Perform general administrative support duties such as filing, documentation and data entry
  • Liaise with business clients to check, update and validate clients’ details     
  • Manage phone calls, emails and correspondence   

 

What you need for this role:

  • Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent qualification
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in business administrative role
  • Qualification in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and business writing skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized  
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Fresh Graduate with good caliber will also be considered
