Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment activities for frontline staff including selection, interview, matching, explain contract terms.
• Maintain and update employees’ data.
• Sort out and collate personnel files.
• Contact previous employees to introduce our vacancies.
• Participate in routine and ad-hoc recruitment projects as required.

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, with recruitment experience in security and/or construction industry is preferred.
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word & Excel & Powerpoint).
• Strong communication skills, positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and presentable.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as a junior post
