Our client is an international financial institution with established presence in Hong Kong and a rapidly expanding expanding network across the globe.  They are looking for high caliber to join their Information Technology in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities : 

• Act as a professional business partner to provide one-stop HR support to designated Business Units covering HR & overseas offices
• Keep abreast of the employment market trends, give advice and valuable inputs on effective recruitment strategy
• Stay abreastfthe regulatory changes, recommend managementabout necessary changes to the HR policies and programs 

Requirements : 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or any related disciplines
• Min. 5years' relevant experience within financial services sector or with regional exposure
• Well-versed in HK employment related regulation
• Strong knowledge in Employment Act of UK / US orany other overseas countries 
• Strong communication skills with complete fluency in English, Cantoneese and Putonghua 
• Good interpersonal skills, presentatble, detail-minded and with good initiatives
