Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of HR functions not limited to recruitment, monthly payroll, MPF contribution, Staff contracts, Attendances, Leave management, medical and benefits, staff relations, taxation etc;
- Implement HR projects and initiatives including retention strategy and process enhancement
- Directly report to the CEO, prepare HR regular reports, maintain and enhance HR polices
- Provide secretarial support to CEO
- Assist to handle office administration work including daily procurement, stationery ordering, contract management, fixed asset management, seating arrangement, office safety and security, etc ;
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Administration or related disciplines
- Minimums 3 years practical HR generalist experience is preferred
- Knowledge in Employment Ordinance, labor laws, MPF scheme etc.
- Good communication and Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as a good team-player
- Proactive, mature, well-organized, detail-minded and good problem solving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
