Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of HR functions not limited to recruitment, monthly payroll, MPF contribution, Staff contracts, Attendances, Leave management, medical and benefits, staff relations, taxation etc;
  • Implement HR projects and initiatives including retention strategy and process enhancement
  • Directly report to the CEO, prepare HR regular reports, maintain and enhance HR polices
  • Provide secretarial support to CEO
  • Assist to handle office administration work including daily procurement, stationery ordering, contract management, fixed asset management, seating arrangement, office safety and security, etc ;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimums 3 years practical HR generalist experience is preferred
  • Knowledge in Employment Ordinance, labor laws, MPF scheme etc.
  • Good communication and Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as a good team-player
  • Proactive, mature, well-organized, detail-minded and good problem solving skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
