Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, such as information search, collection and compilation, filing, interview arrangement, etc.
• Source and identify potential candidates through different channels
• Liaise with and handle enquiries from candidates and clients
• Perform market research and other general clerical duties
• Office administration and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 1 year or above working experience
• Those with work experience in recruitment agency or HR is preferred but not necessary
• Strong communication skill, service-oriented and like to contact people
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese WP
• Good command of both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Fresh graduate with keen interest in this industry is also welcome to apply
